You can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. You can choose to exchange the order free of charge in the store or you can return your order by post.

1. You announce your return via email to welcome@vainthecollection.com
   indicate what you want to return and kindly explain the reason for your return

2. You pack the product in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all documentation and accessories (eg promotional products). It is important that shoeboxes arrive undamaged.

3. Will not be taken back under any circumstances:

• worn shoes or leather goods

• retouched shoes or leather goods

• shoes with (slightly) damaged soles

• shoes without original packaging

• shoes of which accessories such as soles, laces, extra pockets are missing

• shoes that have been damaged by misuse

• leather goods that were used

• leather goods whose original packaging has been damaged

1. You deliver the product at your own expense to Vain The Collection, Scheppersstraat 48, 2200 Herentals

2. We pay your return back with the payment method used to place the order

 

If the product is not received in accordance with the conditions of the insurance law, the purchase price will not be refunded. The product remains the property of the buyer, which is obliged to collect its property within two weeks. Vain The Collection is not liable for any damage, theft or loss that occurs when the product is returned to the packaging.

• schoenen zonder originele verpakking

• schoenen waarvan accessoires zoals zolen, veters, extra zakken ontbreken

• schoenen die beschadigd zijn door verkeerd gebruik

• lederwaren die gebruikt zijn

• lederwaren waarvan de originele verpakking beschadigd is

4. Je levert het product op eigen kosten af ​​bij Vain The Collection, Scheppersstraat 48, 2200 Herentals

5. Wij betalen je retour terug met de betaalmethode waarmee je de bestelling hebt geplaatst

Indien het product niet conform de voorwaarden van het verzakingsrecht is ontvangen dan wordt het aankoopbedrag niet gerestitueerd. Het product blijft eigendom van de koper, welke verplicht is haar eigendom binnen twee weken af te halen. Vain The Collection is niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade, diefstal of verlies die bij terugzending aan de verpakking of het product ontstaat.
